RETURNS
As we are dealing with restricted and highly regulated schedule 8 medications, it is very unlikely that we would ever accept a return. Generally speaking, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Damages and Issues
However, in the case that a product is defective in a manner that may cause bodily harm such as visible mold or fungus growth, please return the product to the pharmacy that dispensed it to you for their professional advice upon inspection. If the qualified pharmacist advises that the product is in fact faulty in a manner that may cause bodily harm, they will destroy the product and replace it.
You are obligated to open the replacement product upon dispensing and inspect the replacement product with the dispensing pharmacist to mutually confirm that the replacement product is of acceptable quality and safety. If you fail to do so, the replacement product will not be refundable or replaceable.
To enable us to best assist you, please ALWAYS inspect your order upon receipt with your dispensing pharmacist and ask them to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right in a smooth and efficient manner.
